Ms. Wallace joins the Fred’s Footsteps Board of Directors bringing  more than 18 years of experience in supply chain management and operations within the healthcare, commercial, and aerospace industries. Marcia is the Supplier Diversity Program Manager at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. At CHOP, she is responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of supplier inclusion across the CHOP Enterprise in support of organizational strategic goals.

Mr. Raman is the Executive and Head of Health Plans at Vynamic, where he leads strategic initiatives to drive innovation and growth in the healthcare industry. During his 10+ years at the firm, he’s guided various strategic initiatives and client activities, with expertise in technology transformation, medical cost reduction, and provider engagement activities. He has also been instrumental in expanding the company’s organizational focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, including being the executive sponsor for the firm’s AAPI Employee Resource Group.

Saurabh resides in Elkins Park, PA with his wife Aarti and three children.
