On Thursday, August 15, the Friends of Fred’s welcomed over 150 baseball fans for the Phillies vs. Cubs game at Citizens Bank Park. The evening kicked off with a parking lot tailgate party, generously underwritten by Intepros Consulting and Diversant LLC. It was a slow start, but ultimately the Phillies came away with a come-from-behind 7 – 5 win over the Chicago Cubs in epic fashion. Outfielder Bryce Harper launched a mammoth walk-off grand slam into the seats and proceeded to spring around the bases in a very quick manner. Needless to say, the crowd went wild!

The evening concluded with a free concert by Diplo on the field. All-in-all, a tremendous success!
