Auction

Below are two documents to help you solicit auction items. The first is a request letter which you can print and had to someone, attached to an email or copy the text into an email. Please feel free to edit in any way you would like! The second document is an auction form that the donor can send back to us electronically. There is also a link to our online auction donation form if that is easier!

• Wall of Wine Donations
  • We are asking each committee member to solicit 8-12 bottles of wine for the wall of wine (of course we welcome more ;). Wine should be valued at $15 or greater per bottle
• Swag bag donations
  • Do you know a business or company who is willing to donate 300 of any item to include in the swag bags?
